Ania's stunning voice will stop you in your tracks. Her eclectic taste in music, from Blues and Folk to Gospel and Soul, bring different shades to her soulful stories, producing a sound that is experimental as well as moving. Her deep, rich and sultry voice is gently seductive and a delight to hear. She is a born communicator with an innate desire to use her warm and mesmerising voice to share her stories. This up-and-coming singer-song writer is one to watch.
Born in London to an Anglo-Polish family, Ania discovered her voice whilst studying for her Ceramics MA in Cardiff. Since then, she has performed at a range of events such as ‘The Clockwork Archipelago’ in Brighton with jazz pianist Pete Thomas. She was also a member of London’s largest world music choir, Songlines, performing at the Union Chapel. Ania has also run a music and comedy night in Highgate for eight months.
She has taken part in numerous workshops – Inner Voice; a creativity bootcamp with Julia Cameron, author of The Artists Way; as well as three song-writing workshops with Julian Marshall. This breadth of experience has helped shape her unique singing and song-writing style.
