Hi,

Time is my biggest enemy so I am trying to train myself to make time which isnt always easy as i dont have the recipe!! I am a single Mum with a 12 year old daughter so I have many balls to juggle.... hmmmm I've never considered taking up juggling I think I might be really good at it....Watch this space!!

I have been taking pictures since I got my first Zenith camera when I was 13. I have quite a good eye for composition but I have to admit that some of the best pictures I have taken have been lucky. The Pink Man which is my first ever entry into a competition was a lucky shot but then as Lord Litchfield said, If you take 300 shots of the subject matter you are bound to get at least one good shot. I only got one shot of him so I am extra proud of it.

I have recieved some really good feedback from online communities about my photographs and was bullied into entering the competition on here. I am so glad I did. I would love to be able to spend more time doing photography. I look at some of the location shots in the competition and I do wonder what I am doing here but then when I see my pictures in the gallery here on YOBI along side the proffessional looking ones I do think to myself 'Hey they don't look too shabby after all'!
