Intermittently your ads invade my computer. Is this a virus? How do I remove YOBI.tv from my laptop?
The good news is that we're happy to let you know that you do not have a virus or anything invading your computer. We are not in your laptop in any way.
YOBI.tv advertises with many websites, some of which you might visit on a regular basis. Keep in mind that our advertising helps keep those websites free, just as advertising on our own site keeps YOBI.tv free for our users.
The advertising we use causes our page to open when you visit a site we advertise on, often in a new window. This is referred to as a pop-under.
When you hear our friendly host's voice, simply minimize the window you are browsing, close ours, and continue on your way, knowing that you helped that site stay free to you. Bandwidth isn't cheap, and without ads, they'd have to charge a membership fee or likely stop their services.
