Any additional submissions by the same contestant whose submission has been chosen as a semi finalist will be removed from the remaining Weekly Round contests and will appear in the contestant profile only. A member will be eligible to compete for cash prizes on more than one YOBI Contest Channel but may only compete as one of the thirty Semi-Final contestants on any given Contest Channel. The votes will not be reset at the end of each week but will instead continue to accumulate during all five weeks. At the end of week one, the 25 Contestants with the highest number of yes votes will proceed to the second week. At the end of week two, the 20 Contestants that have the highest number of yes votes will proceed to the third week. At the end of week three, the 15 Contestants with the highest number of yes votes will proceed to the fourth week. At the end of week four, the 10 Contestants with the highest number of yes votes will proceed to the fifth week. At the end of week five, the 5 Contestants with the highest number of yes votes will proceed to the Final Round. In the case of ties, the winner will be chosen by the unbiased votes of the YOBI staff.
D. FINAL ROUND: The Finals will be held after the conclusion of the Semi-Finals Round. The Final Round ("Finals") will consist of the five Finalists chosen during the Semi-Finals. Each Finalist will be notified that they have been selected to participate in the Finals and will be given the Final Round date as soon as practicable after the conclusion of the Semi-Finals. The Finals will last for approximately seven to fourteen days and may be dependent upon a potential telecast. During the Finals, members may vote yes for up to one Contestant. The Contestant who receives the most yes votes will be declared the Contest Grand Prize Winner. First runner up through fourth runner up shall be declared in the order to total yes votes received.
