Do you hate Traffic Wardens? It seems all they do is create bad events for people. What happens to this individual after getting a parking ticket....?
This short film was made in 48 hours with no budget and the breif 'Luck'
My interpretation of this theme was to show how we are totally out of control of Luck. Luck can shape the outcome of a moment in time for better or for worse - but what are the longer term consequences following such a good or bad moment in time happening to an individual.
Can our immediate interpretation of a lucky/unlucky event always be correct?
