Vortep

Short Film about two rivals face off in a suspenseful standoff. Only one will make it alive.

I'm studding Cinematography so I apply a lot of movements and trajectory to my cinematography.

PS: There is absolutely no original sound to this film. Every sound, steps, wind and sound as general is added by me using Video Editors. Same goes to the music, I have combined three different tracks to achieve the effect I wanted.

I like it how the opening and ending credits are almost as long as the actual short film. It was very interesting how you intercut the extreme wide shots of the city with the close tight shots of the gun fight. The music greatly adds to the suspense that you have created here. It reminds me of some of the Sergio Leone westerns, I think thats sort of what you were going for. You also kind of captured the same suspense as in Stanely Kubrick's Paths of Glory in the execution scene. Job well done.
