Insanity by Wangner

Jerry is going for a normal trip to the laundromat.  He comes accross a penny, and says "Find a penny pick it up" as in the classic saying, "find a penny pick it up, all day long you'll have good luck" He then he drops the penny while getting change out for a machine, and that is when he starts to have bad luck. (at least that's what I want people to think..) And throughout the film, he's being terrorized by a random cashier. In the end, he finds the penny again, and thinks "this is why i'm having bad luck! Everything will go back to normal now" and it appears to. So it seems like the resolution is the penny was the reason he was having bad luck, and he needed to find it. But.. The last thing you see is the cashier watching him after he thinks everything is back to normal. Implying that it's not over yet.

So the whole idea is, the cashier is some type of devil, and jerry is living in his hell. The cashier is controlling everything.
