Oh also I have to say the sound editing was nicely done.

Lighting was amazing especially since you used a 16 mm. A lot of work is put into lighting especially when using film . The chamber looked great! BTW, check out " Rusteloos" on my account. It was also shot on a 16 mm

Hey mallrat, not sure you'll read my reply...Thanks for your clarification. I forgot to precise that I had along with the actor I had to work with a dolly pusher, an operator and a 1st cam, them also being students like me. So even though I storyboarded the whole film...it remains a team effort, and wasn't fully in charge, I took the best takes and corrected quite a bit already...My next project shall be more professional...Anyways cinema is never a one man show...at least in my book...

first of all corja, im sorry i came off a little harsh twice in a row, idk how that happened. secondly, dont get me wrong i i feel like your film far surpasses most of the other entries. the peintings were beautiful and sow was the set design, when i refer to visuals i was talking mostly of the framing that was off at times. overall im very sorry that i came off as that harsh, personally i think that if you made it to the next round this time that you would highly deserve it.

Even though you say it did not focus on screenwriting, your story shines through! Nice job with the lighting.

Twice the same comment! Did you at least watch the film until the end? The tomb chamber was all hand painted and the corridors were designed and built specifically by myself and my crew for the short. All that is seen, is custom for the film. If anyone is interested in knowing more, just send me a message. Thanks.

in your description i was surprised to hear that you focused mostly on visual and technical instead of conceptual and storytelling, which i usually like. in yours however the framing was terrible in some parts and the visuals left something to be desired. shooting on a 16mm camera should deserve some good visuals, but unfortunately i was drawn in only by your wonderful and eerie concept. this video had almost the exact opposie effect on my as the description told me it would.
