Gates, opened and closed, all leading to somewhere, or stopping us from going further...

There are so many types of gates, some literal and figurative, but how we approach them and get past them can determine whether they are closed to us, where they lead us, or what they block us from. Sometimes a closed gate (literal or figurative) may be a good thing, then again sometimes a gate is just a gate... you make the choice of where you choose to go.
