On The Furthest Edge Of Reality: The day that I wrote this improvisational piece I had been out for a walk around the neighborhood when it struck me that things looked somehow different. But was it the changing weather, the subtle moves of the seasons, or my own perception? Was it the direction of the world and my urge to want to distance myself from the current state of my society? The more I (over)philosophized about it the more detached from reality I became, and the more I realized that the only constant in life is change. Rolls with the changes or stagnate and die. We only have one gauranteed chance at this life, we should make of it what we can.

Many of the pictures in this video are (altered) satellite shots of the earth, reminding us of how small and alone we really are in this vast universe.

Midvidium: (A term that exists nowhere in reality.) This song is a reflection on my mental state as I watched the news with the sound down (depressing!) and played different notes and sound effects and mixed it all together into a mash, much like the violence and hatred spewing from my video screen (if it bleeds it leads!) But also a reminder that violence and intolerance is not new to the human race, it just gets more focus as the world becomes smaller (more people, more information).
