SHACKLED A 2 MINUTE HORROR SHORT

Hi this was a short i made a while back filmed on a mini dv. I filmed it in the dark in an actual victorian slave room. I wanted it to have that dirty dark grainy feeling so i added flicker lights to the corners of the room. I got a great actress she's done a fantastic job in it. I think the acting was good, realistic screems...but i agree with narayan in that its a little too dark, plus the sound kinda switches....and we can hear you say 'action' in one bit lol Other then those two i thought it wasn't bad :)

wow tom savini thats great. action at 37 secs haha i know this was my first real kinda short and iv got better gear now so there a lot smoother i was going to go back and re-edit it but i was thinking to my self why ? i like it dark i like the sound i didnt want the video to come across as ohh thats nice i wanted oh thats dirty and grimmy thats hell and a little scary. to me for it to be perfect it has to be not perfect. ok im going on a bit lol sorry. thank you for watching my short please check out my profile or myspace etc if you have the time and i hope you have a great new year :)

nice work, you created the mood really effectively. love your inspirations too, my tutor directed a film starring tom savini once! :) for constructive criticism it's a little dark - i can't really read the credits at all, and the sound mixing needs some work, it jumps from shot to shot (and i heard someone say 'action' at 37 seconds hehe!)
