Week 29 Semifinalist

Growing up in the Eastern and Southeastern United States or any where his parents moved.  Basically, he had no choice since he wasn't paying the bills.  They usually moved in the middle of a school year, which he was always the "new kid" in school.  Learning early on, the best way to fit in was to crack jokes to make the other kids laugh out loud in class.  Always a hit with the kids at the new school.  It wasn't viewed the same by the facilty, principle and janitor, who did not agree with the student body.  Thus, they did not regard his offbeat, irreverant and silly humor as part of the curriculum.  A good source for his earliest material were family, classmates, teachers and after-school adventures.  After entering into adulthood, he found new ground for material.  Subjects like dating, marriage, child rearing, divorce and the nightly news.  With years of singing and playing drums in rock-n-roll bands, karate training and playing golf.   He decided to give Stand-Up Comedy a try.  This was after the encouragement of an ex-girlfriend while passing sushi through her nose.  His love is comedy...the girlfriend history, because she wasn't all in on the deal.  While having the gift of creating characters, their different voices/looks and making people laugh.  He does do some impersonations of singers and some celebrities.  He is intensely focused on his comedy act, workshops, acting and voice-over work.
