here you go Phil i have not seen any one post a tilt shift picture here let so i might as well be the first lol.

for the people who do not know what tilt shift is by just bluring out most of the picture except for what you want as your subject. by doing so the picture can look like a minature model.

i did this in photoshop. but you can buy a tilt shift lens that will do the same effect with out the blur.

PUSH F11 ON YOUR KEY BOARD THEN CLICK ON THE PICTURE TO SEE IT'S FULL SIZE AND EFFECT :)
