In my hometown, there is a festival every year that celebrates the community. It is run on a rather small budget, but through the donations of local entrepreneurs, there is always a nice fireworks show. This year, I learned the value of manual shutter operation while taking pictures of a harvest moon and I decided to try it out at the fireworks show.
