Violently Serene 2 by Kroneage

This is from the same sunset storm sequence as my photo: "Serene Dream." In the distance, the sunset casts a violently eerie orange glow on the bottom of the clouds, pouring rain, and grassy fields below while clear air provides a comforting glimpse to the white fluffy clouds and blue sky above. The scattered light and various summer mountain air particles in the provides a characteristic purple tint to the darkest of clouds.
