The Greatest Star by Kroneage

The six-sided-star has many meanings and symbolisms throughout human history.

Jewish, Christian, and Islamic religious history:

The Star of King David and Solomon

Representation of God and his protection.

Hinduism:

Nara-Narayana - A state of perfect balance between Humanity and God or the Universe, leading to Nirvana.

Peace and balance of the heart and soul.

Bond between Male and Female form - More specifically, the union of Purusha (The Supreme Being) and Prakriti (Mother Nature and common things, living and non-living).

This is the first instance of this form I have seen in photography and has not been altered from its original form other than slight saturation and contrast changes and it has been cropped from its widescreen form. You can view it here:
