The City of Golden Dreams by Marshal

I took this photograph this summer at Central Park in New York City.

This photograph, for me, represents the longing, hope, and dreams that many of us have and feel. Wanting to go someplace and do something important with our lives, and there is no better place that expresses this emotion than New York City. The city where “If you can make it here you can make it anywhere.”  That is what I get from this photo, but I would rather the viewers interpret it for themselves.

I used a gold color in the sky over the city to emphasize the city’s nickname.
