"Un"natural Lighting by clunes51

This photo was taken during a night on my University campus with a personal project of nature vs. man. This project is my way of looking to find beauty, or ruin, between that of anything truly made from nature and the contrast of it with anything that is man-made. In this shot there was a fluorescent light placed diagonally above this beautifully vivid green bush next to a completely concrete wall. Instantly my theme of nature vs. man jumped to mind. Therefore, holding the bush in focus and blurring the light, as well as, the concrete to try to create an unnatural emphasis upon the bush itself. Added to this is the flash from the camera which illuminates the focus even more on the bush, this amplifies my meaning and process of nature vs. man.
