Dragonfly @ Tamarac Park, The Woodlands, Texas by Wannetta

I am an amateur photographer and just got my newest camera a couple of weeks ago. It is so much better quality than my previous camera, I have been snapping shots of everything I can in an effort to practice and learn. I have a great love for dragonflies and take pics of them every chance I get. I noticed this dragonfly at the park where I exercise my Boxer. It was intermittently perching on some gorgeous orange flowers and buds, which coordinated beautifully with its own coloring.
