Being a yobi.tv winner truly is amazing. The award has allowed me to not only buy new gear( computer, lenses, software) but also go and do things I as an artist want to do! I was able to shoot two documentaries one on a form of cancer and another on pyrotechnicians in northern michigan along with many other projects and work.

I have also been given work from international businesses instead of only local ones and have been kept busy with photography work which is rare for freelancers in michigan right now. More than just the prize money and recognition it has given me confidence to do what I love which is something I will continually be grateful to yobi.tv for.
