I am an 19 year-old student who has a passion for photography. It begun a few years ago when I stumbled across my father’s old slr camera. It fascinated me, the ability to capture something beautiful or meaningful and show it to the world.

 

This fascination later led me to portraiture, and being able to capture raw human emotion, creating a story with an image. Soon after this led me to landscapes, which allowed me communicate feelings with nature and the environment around me.

 

That is what I love about photography, being able to communicate an emotion with others. That is what I strive to do, it's what pushes me forward.

Description

Lady Liberty represents the chance we have to make our hopes and dreams a reality. To be able to live in a land where, if we put our mind to it, we can accomplish anything. No matter what our nation becomes, this monument represents what it should, and hopefully always will stand for. Life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

Marshal, my father is a photographer he mainly focuses on nature in AZ. So after seeing his work after years I have to say, these are so good I can hardly believe an 18 year old took them. Amazing, great job!
