The death of 3 significant men, cheating boyfriend, cancer and alzheimers in the family, a dear friend in a motor vehicle accident whch lead to 4 months in a come, a band breakup and so so many more and all within ONE YEAR.

This will lead one to continously keep tellingyourself to Stay Sane. My music kept me sane. I hope you all enjoy.
