Out All Night
shagpile
This is an Original Song of mine called "Out All Night" which will be available on the new album coming later this year and was inspired by love and late night photography. I used the tunnel as a natural reverb chamber as the sound in there was out of this world.I hope you enjoy it...
Here is some info on the tunnel : The Tyne Cyclist and Pedestrian Tunnel was Britain's first purpose-built cycling tunnel and remains to have the longest wooden escalator in the world. It runs under the River Tyne between Howdon and Jarrow, and was opened in 1951, heralded as a contribution to the Festival of Britain. The original cost was £833,000 And was used by 20,000 people a day. It actually consists of two tunnels running in parallel, one for pedestrian use with a 10 ft 6 in (3.2 m) diameter, and a larger 12 ft (3.7 m) diameter tunnel for pedal cyclists. Both tunnels are 900 ft (270 m) in length, and lie 40 ft (12.2 m) below the river bed. The tunnels are nearly 60 years old and are Grade II listed buildings.
LYRICS
im looking out the window
looking at the snow
i wonder if your watching
i wonder if you know
if you've never seen these skys
youll never believe your eyes..
We'll be out in all weather
Walking together
Sharing the same sunlight
We'll go down by the river
and chase all the water
anything we do will be right
and we can stay out all night
The things we do together
the things we do in dreams
with melancholy memories
and these melancholy scenes
if you've never seen these skys
youll never believe your eyes..
We'll be out in all weather
Walking together
Sharing the same sunlight
We'll go down by the river
and chase all the water
anything we do will be right
and we can stay out all night
